What do you call the wingless fly? wtf, I have no idea...

I want to say Yoshi, but that's beyond wrong.

You're in a race, and you manage to pass the guy who is in last place. What place are you in now?

In that same race, you managed to pass the guy in second place. What place are you in now?

You're in first in both. You must be pretty fast to lap them. ^_^

xD My riddles are actually two different ones which two different answers, but whatever.
First answer was a trick question. =) You can't get passed the last person if the guy is already last.
