Of all time? Um...I am very bad with stuff like this. I don't think I can pick one...maybe one of my current favorites which would be Blood+, and if we were talking about what is airing on TV then it would be Code Geass.

Le Chevalier D'Eon of course (can't get enough of that...), Trinity Blood, Ghost In The Shell SAC (gave me hope that anime had returned to greatness...), and Black Lagoon.

But out of them all, my all time fave is a tie between Le Chevalier D'Eon and GITS SAC.

Hmm... My favorites would be...
Full Metal Alchemist, Death Note, and Code Geass. They're at the top of my list still. xD
