General

- When in doubt, the Forum Administrators and Moderators are always right.

- You must post your thread topics in the appropriate section or it will be moved or removed. (Contact a Moderator or Administrator to move a thread.)

- Spamming and trolling outside the Spammage Section can have you banned or suspended.

- Swearing in an excessive amount can have you banned or suspended. Please be courteous.

- Posting Links to Download Copyrighted Material is prohibited. (music, games, programs, etc.)

- Posting Advertisements is forbidden.

- Posting Porn and Hentai = INSTANT BAN (Artistic Nudity and TASTEFUL Yaoi or Yuri is OKAY)

- Creating new threads to advertise your own sites is forbidden.

- Write in a coherent, non chat-speak manner when outside the SPAMMAGE section.

- Do not overuse the emoticons and spam with them.

- No Double Posting. Edit your last message instead. (This does not apply in the SPAMMAGE section of this site.)

- No Bashing or Flaming. If you have a point to make, do so in a civilized manner.

- Stay on topic.

- If you are posting a thread with questionable material, make the appropriate warnings in the Description of the thread. (i.e Warnings of Nudity,Yaoi/Yuri pairings, etc.)

- No Sexist, Racist, or other offensive remarks.


- If you are BLACKLISTED on this forum, you automatically give up your privacy rights. (i.e screename, email, personal website, etc.)



Graphics

- Max Avatar Size is 150x150 px

- Max Signature Size is 500x150 px

- If your signatures are collectively over 50 kb, it will be removed. (Don't make your signature three feet long with text and images. Animated images should be kept at a minimum.)

- Do Not Hotlink from websites. Use ImageShack or Photobucket

- Posting Porn and Hentai = INSTANT BAN (Artistic Nudity and TASTEFUL Yaoi or Yuri is OKAY)

- Use thumbnail sized options when posting on forum. If it stretches the forum, it will removed or changed into a direct link.

- Credit all image sources or post links to websites instead of images.

- Do not take another member's graphics (avatar, signature, wallpaper, etc.) without asking for their permission first!

- Ripping Off other people's work = BLACKLISTED




Rules Of Requesting For Help From Phoenix



- POST ONE PROJECT PER THREAD! Create new threads for additional work.

- Do not create new threads for revised versions of the same work. Just post your update on your old thread and it will bump it.

- Do not link your full image here if it is larger than 500x500 px. Link with the thumbnail options in ImageShack or Photobucket

- This section is for Phoenix to help in the graphic creating process, but all members can post and critique.

- Critiques may be harsh. Suck it up and take it like a pro. We're only here to help.

- Phoenix is not that magical. She cannot make crappy work into incredible ones. She's only here to guide you to make self improvements.

- If you don't find the help useful, she apologizes.

- GRAPHICS ONLY! Phoenix will NOT help in coding.

- You may not request for graphics here. Use the REQUEST forums instead.

- DO NOT request for links to download programs or other copyrighted materials.

- Finished works are to be showcased in the SHOWCASE threads. This part of the forum is for Phoenix to help you in a 1 on 1 discussion.






Requesting Rules


- Do not request for anything that would violate the rules of this forum.

- DO NOT request for links to download copyrighted materials such as music, programs, games, videos, etc.

- Do not expect your request to be completed in 24 hours, if at all. Members satisfy requests on their own free will.

- Make requests in the appropriate sections.

- Do not request for the impossible. If your request is not fulfilled, the forum apologizes.

- Do not post copyrighted materials. Make external links and/or give credit where it's due.

- Use ImageShack or Photobucket to post images.

- Use sites like http://megaupload.com/ to share any other file types.





GRAPHIC SHOWCASE


- Works posted here MUST BE YOUR WORK.

- Works ripped off from other artists can result in being BLACKLISTED on this forum.

- Posting any material that violates the general forum rule can result in instant banning and BLACKLISTING.

- Works posted here can be Works in Progress or Completed.

- You may post multiple works in one thread.

- Creating multiple threads within the same day and separating works in different threads is SPAMMING.

- Expect criticism.

- Criticism is welcomed, but must be accompanied by valid reasons. Saying "THIS SUCKS" is not good criticism. Try, "THIS SUCKS BECAUSE..."

- Works posted here cannot be taken unless the creator is notified and permission is given.

- It is suggested that all works posted here be marked or contain a signature of some sort by the artist to prevent stealing.

- You may not make requests here. Please visit the REQUESTS threads.

- Works shown here may be subject to being HIGHLIGHTED by Phoenix.

- You may post scans, renders and other resources you may or may not have created here.

- If the submission is not yours, you MUST state your sources.

- Be sure you have permission to share the resource. This forum does not hold any responsibilities to people who violate the rules of other sites.

- Do not direct link the works. Create a thumbnail if the image is larger than the forum width.

- Anything posted here is subject to be used by other forum members.

- Anything posted here should not be redistributed without the consent of the person who submitted and/or the original owner.

Anime / Manga Discussion Rules


- Look for an existing thread on the series/manga before creating another.

- Spoilers are allowed, but warn people beforehand.

- If something has been spoiled for you, tough noogies.

- Feel free to bash each other's favorite characters. However, don't go running to a Moderator or Administrator when you've been outnumbered and overwhelmed by its reaction.

- Post graphic requests for anything Anime or Manga related in the REQUESTS section of this site. Asking for site info is a different story.

- Do not post links to file downloads on copyrighted material. (games, programs, videos, music, etc.)

- Do not list Torrent Sites or Subbing Sites. (PM Phoenix for information instead...)






RP Rules



- Stay in character.

- If you need to get out of character, use Parenthesis. ( )

- Try to explain your character before starting. (Gender, weapons, etc.)

- Don't kill anyone that doesn't want to be killed.

- If you're dead. Stay dead until someone revives you.

- If you decide to come back as a reincarnation, write a paragraph of how that came to be.

- No one is god-like.

- Demi-gods are fine.

- Give other people a turn.

- No flaming. If you have a problem, settle it through PM. Try not to bother a Moderator or Administrator about this.

- No sex. If you want to procreate, wait for a time skip.

- PROOFREAD. You don't have to be the world's greatest writer, but write in complete sentences with correct grammar and spelling. It makes you look smarter.
